Monday. That's the one that read Hyundai's lack of Applecar confirmation is

confirmation that Hyundai isn't making an Apple car. While Ives note does mention the Hyundai

chatter, his assertion doesn't seem contingent on it. Quoting his note, we believe at

this point it's a matter of when, not if Apple will enter the

electric vehicle race over the next few years, while the timing of an EV partnership

with the likes of Hyundai or another automaker remains a key focus of the street and

EV industry over the coming months, we assign an 85% plus chance that Apple will announce an EV partnership or collaboration

over the next three to six months. With GM and Ford leaning hard into EVs, plus likely incentives from the newly installed

Biden administration, I've says he and his believe now is the time for Apple to dive into the deep end of the pool on the EV front.

He's got an overweight rating on Apple's shares. His price target on Apple shares is $175. This time last year we were just

starting to grapple with how COVID-19 would affect the supply chain. Some things never change it seems. Apple 3.0 ran part of a
