market tracker Canilous has piled up all of the personal tax sold last year and the

pile is bigger than the year before. I say all of the personal tax though that's not

true. They didn't hit the heating up category that is wearables.

However, Apple World Today has cannless estimates showing that 1.74 billion

smartphones, tablets, 2 and 1's, and notebooks shipped in 2015.

That represents a 5% increase year over year.

This despite a decline in two of those device categories, tablets, and notebooks.

Breaking down operating systems, Google was first with Android and Chrome OS, combining for 70%

of mobile devices.

Apple was said to be second with a 17% share and Microsoft finished third, according to

Candelis, with a 12% in mobility that is surprisingly close to Apple 17%. How on Earth?

About the only thing I can figure is there is still Nokia phones being sold out there somewhere,

perhaps in markets that aren't even considered to be developing.

Whatever the case, Candelas says Mr. Softy's share of mobility was actually down 20% year

over year.
