Hey, here's something funny. The very first Maco-S-Can happened on a Thursday.

I don't even remember why I started on a Thursday, but I did.

It at a Thursday show, then a Friday show, then took Saturday and Sunday off,

and began my first full week of Maco-AS-Can the following Monday.

I'd like to say that that is the reason that I said that yesterday was Thursday, though in all honesty, I seem to be having serious trouble lately with days of the week. This is Mac OSKIN.

It appears that we are sailing into weather.

And Captain Cook, CEO of the Goodship Apple, has asked that people stay in their cabins as

the winds are rising and the seas are getting choppy, let's say.

Last quarter was another one for the record books.

Apple sold a record number of iPhones,

74.8 million in the December quarter.

Mr. Cook says that averages out to 34,000 iPhones an hour,

24 hours a day, seven days a week for 13 weeks.

Apple posted record quarterly revenue of $75.9 billion in record quarterly profit of $18.4 billion.

That last one is particularly big.

Fortune's Philip Elmer DeWitt says the $18.4 billion in profit was not a record for

Apple.
