I want to move on to a slightly different aspect of the hypothermia discussion.

So you've acknowledged previously that hypothermia discussion. So you've acknowledged previously

that hypothermia is a very difficult diagnosis

to make, correct?

Correct.

And you acknowledge that in your grand jury testimony

in this proceeding, correct?

Do you recall that? I do.

And you indicated in that grand jury proceeding generally that diagnosing hypothermia is based on contextual clues.

Is that correct?

On autopsy findings and investigative information, yes. Right.
