Most of the time, it's both of us.

Sometimes we'll be just one of us and every once in while we might have a guest thrown in.

Today I'm putting in some pressure on Stacey to talk about two ingredient cocktails.

Basically, I want to talk about your signature cocktail, which doesn't have a name.

It comes up in the listeners group all the time, but it's like vermouth and vermouth with a twist of lemon.

It is.

That's exactly what it is. So it's equal parts,

sweet and dry vermouth on the rocks with a lemon twist. Thank you very much. What is it called?

Are we going to name it? Is it the best? So I don't know. Okay, here's the deal. My mother-in-law

introduced this to me. It's her before dinner drink. I love the way it

tastes, but also I love a good low alcohol cocktail. It's great for before dinner, which is

traditionally a low alcohol cocktail. But I like low alcohol all the time because I just fall asleep.

I just fall asleep if I drink now.

Like that's fully what happens.

I don't know if I crossed a line into old ladiedom or what the deal is.

But I have asked around, I've gone to, you know, in New York City,

there are all these like fancy mixology centric bars. And nobody knows what it's called. You know, in New York City, there are all these, like, fancy mixology, centric bars,
