Summary

Election anxiety, worry over a second quarantine, and our general dread of the holidays stuck at home has got us both thinking about comfort food. This month’s mini episode is a slightly revealing looking at what foods bring us soothe us individually. Stacie and Meghan discuss the universal ideal of comfort food (pasta, creamy cheese, chocolate) and how are personal cravings align or don’t during times of high stress and personal distress.
