In this time of drought for us, Marvel people, MCU people, I should say there is a slight sliver of Marvel light dancing on our faces and that light is Modoc.

You guys should definitely check it out. It's really fun, but we're not really going to cover it on the MCU cast because it's not MCU, but they are going to be covering it on the animation deliberation podcast.

And I am, as you care, I was able to guess on the first episode and I think they're going to do two more episodes like a one through five and a six through 10 kind of thing.

So and I think Jeff is trying to going to try to make both of those. So you'll get a lot of MCU cast people on there as well as other stranded panda folks.

You know, Jay Scottie, St. Clairons, you hear Ali at the animation deliberation podcast will be covering it. It's going to be real fun. So go check it out. Modoc was real fun to watch.

Well, welcome in. Welcome in everybody. Thanks for tuning into another episode of animation deliberation. I am your host, Jay Scottie, St. Clair.

And as I mentioned, I'm super excited for this very first live episode of animation deliberation. I've got Matthew Carroll and Brian V Klein here to discuss Modoc. Welcome guys. How you doing?

Good. Thanks for having us. Of course. Of course. Yeah. For myself, I was super excited for the series from day one, the first little snippets of information that we got.

But you know, I obviously have a vested interest in animation to begin with, but I'd be really excited to get you guys initial impressions on this pretty crazy series.

It was a weird experience for me. Okay. Because I, I tend to not watch comedy like pure comedy. I like things that have like comedy in them. I like comedy.

But I guess I just like for some reason shows with more storyline and overarching things. They drive me forward. They make me continue watching, which is why I like my comedy sort of sprinkled in with like a good overarching story.

And this had that robot chicken thing, which feels like what you what what the like YouTube videos that I put on and just like get drunk and watch or whatever.

You know, it's like it's not my normal, but this was like trying to thoughtfully not really thought we should enjoy a new show and it has an overarching plot.

It seems which is cool. But it every scene was like one of those sketches where nothing matters. But then juxtaposed onto this like larger series.

It's not very interesting. And it kind of messed me up. I was like trying to trying to follow it, but also like I just laughed a lot like it.

Taking me out of myself and I liked that. I liked a lot. Definitely, definitely.
