Hello. Hello and welcome to Love Your Life. This episode asks a very important question that is really two questions. So here we go. What are your top three emotions creating? And the reason I say this is two questions

is first you need to have some idea what your top three emotions actually are before you can

begin to consider what they are creating.

Now, just so you know, I made up the number three.

You could ask, what is your top emotion or your top five or even 10 emotions?

I landed on three because it's easy enough to think back over the past hour or day or week

and identify three emotions you've been experiencing. Any less might not be representative and

any more could be cumbersome to contemplate. Three seems to me both a telling and a manageable number.
