I think we have some misconception that having a baby is not a full-time job and I just want to be super clear that is absolutely a full-time job.

So if you're not going to do that job, which is fine, you just need to know that someone else is going to have to do that job.

I think we set ourselves up for failure because for some reason we've just come to look at parenting or primary caregiving is that thing you can do on the side.

And just like that's just not what I found to be true at all.
