Live from Tallahassee outside the Leon County Courthouse, we are bringing you gavel-to-gavel coverage of Donna Sue Adelson versus the state of Florida.

Of course, she is on trial for the murder of FSU law professor Dan Markell back July 18, 2014.

He succumbed to his injuries the following day.

So actually passing away on July 19th and the last

couple of days inside the courtroom, as you guys know, watching all morning, it's been a bit tedious.

I was texting with a couple of best guests and all of us since, you know, we've heard these wiretaps and tapes before.

It's a little tough to listen to, but the interesting thing on the inside of the courtroom is

watching the jurors. And this is, you've got to keep in mind ostensibly the first time that

they are listening to this. So they are all really glued to what's going on and they are leaning forward in their chairs. They've got monitors, individual monitors in the jury box. So they've got, you know, a great vantage point. And during most of these tapes, there are accompanying transcripts.

Now, Judge Stephen Everett did at one point instruct the jurors, you know,

if there's not a transcript or if something that you hear contradicts with what you're reading on the transcript,

you are to simply go by what you are hearing.

But the two biggies that everyone really knows about, the Dolce Vita tapes, which were actually

recorded at a little luncheonette in a place called Sunny Isles, which is sort of a middle

point between where Donna and Donna and Harvey were living and where Charlie and Katie

Magbanawa were. So they met there and obviously that audio had to be enhanced. So people today,

the jurors just listening to audio of that and then got a little awkward because, of course, Harvey Adelson is, and that is Julia Janay of court TV right behind me.

But she's going out to do her show from one to three on court TV.
