PAUSE… Feel the cool air brushing against your skin, Breathe in the scent of fresh water and earth, Envision the tranquil water reflecting the evening sky. Picture the gentle ripples as a soft breeze passes. PAUSE… In the silence of the lake, you find serenity, The water’s surface calm and welcoming, As if inviting you to leave your cares upon the shore. Let every worry dissolve into the twilight. PAUSE… Focus on the subtle movements of water, The soothing lapping sounds against the shore, Feel these gentle waves sync with your breathing, Bringing peace deep within your soul. PAUSE… Imagine the cool water caressing your toes, Feel its purity washing over, cleansing worries, Allow your mind to become as placid as the lake’s surface, Reflecting only the calm and the beautiful. LONG PAUSE… Take a deep, relaxing breath, and let the stillness envelop you. Release slowly, sinking deeper into a tranquil state. PAUSE… Gaze upon the lake in the moonlight, See how the silver light dances across the water. Each gleam a soft whisper saying, “All is well.” Each ripple reflecting the peace of the night. PAUSE… Notice how the moon’s reflection stays constant amid the ripples, A reminder of stability in life’s ebb and flow. Embrace the constancy of the moon, your guide through any darkness. PAUSE… As night deepens, the stars join in, Casting their soft glow upon the water’s canvas. A spectacle of lights, just as your thoughts can be, Sparkling moments of insight, floating on calm waters. PAUSE… Feel the embrace of the night air, Cool and rejuvenating, filled with night’s own song. A melody of crickets, a whisper of leaves, Nature’s lullaby, just for you. LONG PAUSE… Breathe in the night, let it fill your senses. Exhale slowly, feel more grounded, more serene. PAUSE… The lake’s lull is timeless, A reminder of endless cycles of refresh and renew. As the water flows and renews itself, so can you. PAUSE… Immerse yourself deeper into the lake’s embrace, Visualize diving into its depths, Feeling completely supported by the soothing waters, Floating effortlessly, unburdened and free. PAUSE… The lake knows no hurry, no strife, It exists in a state of perfect peace, As can you, in this moment, in this night. PAUSE… Draw in a deep, cleansing breath, inhale the calm. Let it spread through every part of you, Exhale slowly, releasing any remnants of tension. PAUSE… With every breath, the lake’s peace becomes yours, Your heart beats in rhythm with the gentle waves. Sleep calls like the distant shores, Inviting you to dream on its soft, silken sands. LONG PAUSE… Embrace the lull of the lake, Let its tranquility fill your dreams.
