We begin in Brazil where Luis Enacio Lula de Silva has been sworn in as president.

He told Congress he would rebuild the country for what he called the terrible ruins

he'd inherited from Jair Bolsonaro.

He then addressed huge crowds waiting for him outside.

In the fight for the good of Brazil,

we will use the weapons that our adversaries fear the most.
