Well, I wasn't sick, like, vomiting profusely.

I was wiped out so much because I, so I just became the director of evangelization,

which means that I have two employees instead of just direct reports and I have been trying

to learn as much as I can and I share this before but with leadership on one side but also like

the minutia of management stuff that are that is relevant to our people and so i realize like things like the retirement package

and all this stuff there's only like there's only about six people on our staff and most of the

people on staff are sole breadwinners or main bread winners there's only about six people that

have retirement accounts set up and that means that I mean, there's an automatic pension plan.

But to be honest, I would rather than pay for my 403B than a pension plan.

So I started looking at all this stuff and I'm like, and I called the Archdioces and they don't even know how to do it.

Oh, typical. Yeah, and the guy's the guy that's the head of HR is like, I don't, I don't, I'm not

too knowledgeable about this stuff.

I even wrote that quote down just because it was so unbelievable.

And then I went and he wrecked.
