0:42.2	Now, let's jump into Luke chapter 9. And he called the 12 together and gave them power and authority
0:47.8	over all demons and to cure diseases. And he sent them out to proclaim the kingdom of God and to heal.
0:55.9	Okay. So now Jesus is sending out the 12 disciples to go do some ministry here and he's giving them power to heal the sick and cast out
1:02.5	demons he is equipping them when God calls us he equips us as well take nothing for your journey
1:08.5	no staff nor bag nor bread nor money and do not have two tunics
1:13.2	and whatever house you enter stay there and from there depart and wherever they do not receive you
1:18.0	when you leave that town shake the dust off your feet it's a testimony against him he's saying look
1:22.1	don't try to convince people to follow this he's like just lay the truth on them and if they receive it
1:27.3	bless them if they don't shake the dust off your feet move on lay the truth on them. And if they receive it, bless them.
1:27.9	If they don't shake the dust off your feet, move on to the next people because there's people
1:31.1	that need it. Jesus says that the harvest is rites. He says, don't take offense. Keep moving.
1:35.3	And they departed and went through the villages, preaching the gospel and healing everywhere.
1:39.1	Notice that the supernatural isn't separate from the gospel. Okay. Oftentimes you'll see people, they separate the two.
