So we were not with you Tuesday when the news came down of the big news of Lucas Reichel being sent down,

along with several other sort of bubble blackhawks like Josiah Slavin and Mike Hardman.

And the list goes on and on.

But Reichel is really the one that matters the most, I think, in the eyes of most Blackhawks fans.

And fellas, over the last few days, maybe last week or so, we've sort of speculated,

is Lucas Reichel going to start this season in Rockford?

Now we have the answer. And now that we've had 24 hours to kind of reflect upon it,

I wanted to get your guys' takes on the ultimate decision made for Lucas Reichael here.

I think that that was the plan all along.

I don't think just based on Lucas Reichael spent the entire training

camp in group B never was you know with the top group quote unquote using my finger quotes on audio

only podcast is always fun. He did it, I promise.

But like if they wanted to see that he could be a true top six forward to start the season,

he would have been playing with a Jonathan Taves or Patrick Kane.

Instead, he spent the whole preseason on a line with Dylan Secura,
