Police have obtained a video they believe could be the murder victim.

Okay. they believe could be the murder victim. CDB News has learned that a note was discovered in the box with a severed foot

that was mailed to Conservative Party headquarters yesterday.

That note said that this was the first of six body parts that were distributed.

A severed hand was found last night in a box addressed to the Liberal Party of Canada at the

main postal warehouse. Canada Post and the police are now working, trying to find those

four other missing body parts. That note also said that the suspect indicated he would kill again.
