I hope you all remember him from part one of our series on basically unidentified flying

objects and the fact that the Pentagon admitted that they still have a program open that

Lou Elisato actually led the charge on earlier. He was the first actually person at the Pentagon

to take charge and man the helm of this project which is studying basically unidentified aerial

phenomena or UFOs as we better know it to ensure the safety of our planet basically and our nation.

What are they? What are they seeing? Why is the Pentagon so interested in this, right?

What is going on here that we don't know about and the reason I'm not joking around, I don't have

crazy music like you know, UFO music on or all of that silly stuff is because I actually like the

Pentagon and like many others throughout the world that I've spoken to believe that there is

something there, something that we need to be paying attention to, right? These unidentified aircraft

are nothing like the aircraft that we are familiar with. I'm talking about airplanes, jets,

balloons, things that we're all familiar with that we would see in the sky. These aircraft are

moving at speeds between 400G and 700G's think about that. I mean that would tear apart a human

body. How is that even possible? They don't even have wings and I'm not talking about you know some

kind of made up sci-fi stuff. They've actually caught this stuff on tape. The very famous TicTac video,

right? Very famous TicTac video. Why did they call it TicTac? Because when the pilots, these are

Navy pilots, right? Described them, that's what they kind of saw. It looked like a TicTac-shaped object.

Very large. They can move in the sky, they can move under the water and you know,
