The Luigi Mangione case is back in the news.

You didn't think that we could stay away from this, right?

It's back in the news, and why is it back in the news?

Well, his federal indictment came down last night,

and of course, the federal case against Luigi Mangione carries the death penalty.

So a four-count indictment for Luigi Mangione, four counts, as opposed to the state counts.

There's 10, and we'll explain that. We'll go through the affidavit, the indictment

from the feds, and why, and what are we looking at, and how is three separate prosecutorial bodies

going to prosecute Luigi Mangione for this murder.

We have the Manhattan DA's office.

We have the feds.

And of course, we have the Altoona, Pennsylvania district attorney's office.

So an awful lot of moving parts here.

And of course, this woman here, Karen Friedman Ignifalo,

who's Luigi Mangione's attorney,

she absolutely 100% has her work cut out for her, you know,

because she's representing him all over the place, you know,

and we remember all of the things here with the perp walk and the controversy and the fact that

in this one, you can see the mayor of New York in the perp walk, like I've never seen that

before. I've never seen a mayor involved in a Perp Walk.
