The evidence suppression hearings in Manhattan Criminal Court for the case of New York

State versus Luigi Mangione is in day number seven.

Unusual for that many days of a suppression hearing?

Yes, I believe it is. And because this is a high profile case that really has been featured in the media all over the world,

there's a lot of interest in this case. But one of the other things

there's a lot of in this case is evidence. There is a ton of evidence in this case. And the

prosecutor, who I personally know, his name is Joel Seideman, a 40-year Manhattan

assistant district attorney, outstanding prosecutor, he's laying

all of his evidence out there in these hearings, which is a little bit surprising.

But every time he lays out some more evidence, the defense does not like it.
