You know that moment when you get online, you see someone succeeding and a little bit of you dies.

We're going to be cracking on with that in a bit, but before then, I can barely see, I'm so tired, you know the throbbing of your

eyeball and you're like looking at somebody going, can you see that? Can you see that throb?

The Twitch. And I was on the tube this morning. I had three hours sleep last night, a couple of hours.

Oh, I had three hours, 19 minutes.

All right.

Well, I mean, it is.

It really is.

Competitive sleep deprivation.

I was on the tube and you know when you fall asleep and you go slack-jawed and then you shudder.

Yes.

I freaked everyone out around me, woke myself up, dropped my whole coffee on the floor.
