It's funny because when I interview guests on my show, I'm always working with U.S. coaches and influencers. So, yeah, I appreciate you having me on. I'm excited to chat. Of course. I like your work. I appreciate what you're putting out there. And, you know, obviously, today we're going to take a big deep dive into men's hormones, which I've had one other conversation not too long ago,

You know, this is something that's interested me. I just turned 40 last year. I've read a lot about when

you have kids, your testosterone drops, got my testosterone tested for the first time. And I'm, you know,

fortunate that my testosterone's in a good place. But I'm always curious about how to optimize

those types of things. So let's just start high level. What the hell is happening with men's hormones in today's world, right?

You see all the headlines that, like I saw a headline recently that said,

Men's sperm counts are dropping rapidly, right?

So you see those types of headlines, you know, sperm counts are dropping,

testosterone levels are dropping, what's going on with our hormones and what are some of the

things that are impacting them? Yeah, absolutely. I mean, if we look at the trends at the moment,

I mean, if we have a look at the massive decline in testosterone levels across the board

amongst a variety of men, you know, different ages, anywhere from 20 to 40 years of age,

we're seeing a number of men now suffering with low testosterone. And there's a few quotes that go

around. I mean, there's one that's like, you're not the man your grandfather was. Like,
