Welcome to Episode 469 of That Traathlon Show, the podcast presented by Scientific Traathlon.com.

My name is Michael Erickson, and today I interview Lucas Enti.

0:33.1

Luca is a coach and data analyst for the UCI Women's World Tour Team UAE Team ADQ, and he's also

0:39.0

a triathlon coach working with athletes such as K-12, Gregory Barnaby, Seth Ryder, Max Stapley and

0:45.1

many others.

0:46.3

Luca and I chatted just a couple of days after the finish of the Tour de France FAM,

0:51.5

where Luca was of course part of the staff for UAE Team ADQ

0:56.6

and we spent quite some time discussing the tour so even though you'll be hearing this

cyclists, but that kind of overlap of the bike training for triathletes was something that we

1:31.9

But on the other hand, what we did do is we discussed both world-class performance levels and advice for age groupers.

1:38.8

So there's something for everybody here.

1:40.9

I did before conducting this interview, as I usually do, I posted in my Instagram stories.

1:46.3

1:50.8

and we got a lot of good questions. Unfortunately, in the original interview, I completely

1:55.7

forgot to add them to my questions sheet, so I didn't ask them. But Luca graciously agreed to come on and

2:02.2

record that part of the interview again. So we've added a few listener questions at the end of

2:07.9

the interview. And this is just to give you some context for the bit of patchwork that you'll

2:13.4

hear towards the very end of the interview when Luca and I meet and greet again. It's
