1:06.6	so I hope you're ready for a little bit of a change-up because this is a case that I have been following for quite some time now.
1:12.3	When we last spoke about Chong Mu Yang, we were waiting to see if anyone would be prosecuted after our last bonus update.
1:20.5	I have to admit, when they dropped charges against one of the defendants, I thought that surely the other shoe was about to drop and we were
1:27.6	going to have no defendants. But to my shock, that was not the case. And I am very eager to get
1:33.2	into the details of the prosecution and find out what happened in court. Yeah. So in the last episode,
1:38.9	we spoke about Mr. Yank's case. We ended with one of two men that the prosecutors brought charges against, had them
1:45.9	dropped in the 11th hour literally the day before he was set to go on trial for this case.
1:51.3	The only real thing that was mentioned by prosecutors was that they had dropped the charges
1:56.2	against Robert Rodway because his defense team had pointed to another man being involved.
2:02.0	One of the things we learned in that case was that the defense had brought up evidence
2:07.2	that pointed to another man being involved. This was one of the many twist and intrigue in the
2:12.1	case and I promise we'll have more. However, dropping the charges on Rodway, questioning the state of the
2:18.5	charges in the case if it would go forward against Thomas Olson. Well, we can now say that
