Like, it was like, when we got on the boat, it was play, play spend that. Yeah. Yeah. So how does it feel to have like the number one added song to radio and a song that I want to say this? People were critical of at first, right? And then all of a sudden now, everybody's embracing it.

Right.

And that's why I feel good because of doubt.

When it comes to me, it's a lot of doubt.

It's a lot of haters.

It's a lot of backlash.

It's a lot of go get your CDLs.

It's always, they always dismissing me.

And to see it just be like, you know, see everybody just, you know, supporting me and showing love.

It feels good. It's good to be the underdogs sometimes. It is. You know, because it's all, it's, I think it's motivating to be like, watch what's next. It's inspiring because it's like, watch this. You know, it's always like, I got my lip back. Because it's like you got so many motherfuckers just telling you you can't do it.

Like, shut up.

It's so much noise. And you, it's hard to like work through the noise. You get what I'm saying? Because it's like, it could become, when you read a lot of things about yourself, you consuming it all day. Oh, Lord. I listen. You know. it could get to you, it can either make or break you. Because when it's just so much hate, it'll be like at one point like, damn, should I try to find something else to do? Because it's just so much hate that you don't never really feel to love. But when, I mean, at the end of the day, like, I'm kind of used to it and I keep working through it.

And I'm just, I'm happy.

I'm happy to see the success that the record is getting because I put a lot of time into this. Yeah. And I just feel good and I'm in a great space. And I'm glad y'all, y'all edited to y'all pay us for the boat. Listen, Verst Simmons was out there with us too, and I know he worked on the record also,

and we talked to him about if he knew that was a hit, like, right away. What he said? He said, I'm going to tell you what he said. He said a lot of times people try to make songs that they think that people want. You have to tell people what they want, because sometimes they don't know. Like people don't know.
