Okay, it is the Lower League Show from the Anfield Rap,

and we're doing a special on the situation in non-league this week.

You may well have seen some of the news out there but we thought we'd like

we'd like to speak to some local clubs local people involved in those clubs to

talk about the situation and how it's affecting them and how they feel about it all

as well.

So on the line with me I've got Martin Ryman

and Jim Stanway both from South Liverpool football club.

Martin's the manager and Jim is the club secretary.

Now what we're discussing here is the idea that the

FA are going to null and void the 2019 20 season from steps three to six. Now

it's still saying that this has to be ratified there's also a

letter that's going out there from a loads of non-league clubs to the football

association about this idea but what it's mean and I'm sure lots of people can work it out is

that you know promotions allegations clubs that have geared themselves up to go up a

level clubs that have geared themselves up to go to semi-pro and so on,

and it looks like denied that opportunity.
