I'll let you in on a little bit of a not necessarily a milestone but an anniversary of sorts and that is that on June 1st so this show is

coming out just a little bit before that but June 1st is the three year anniversary of this podcast, which totally blows my mind.

We did have a six month break after the first year. I went pretty hard and we did a year straight and I needed

a break to recharge and so we actually took six months off and then came back for that short
