Now I know a lot of people are feeling an extra amount of anxiety today and so I

want to just offer this love and kindness meditation as a tool that you can use to try and

relieve some of that tension if you feel it

building in you and causing you suffering. So I hope you enjoy it.

Just find yourself in a comfortable position with your body.

Just breathe in, exhale, let your face relax and your shoulders relax.

Breathe in breathing in again, and again,

and again, just as you exhale allow your face and all the muscles in your body to just kind of

lighten up and loosen and melt a little bit.

Now point your attention to your body.

Now point your attention to your body.

Just feel yourself sitting there. Feel your body almost kind of vibr here in this room. Your body in full awareness, feeling the edges of your skin,

feeling it slightly flex and move as you breathe in and breathe out.

And now as you breathe in, imagine and try to feel as if the breath is coming up from below you. Just feel like that breath moving up through the base of your spine,

all the way up through your stomach and into your chest.

And then exhale and let your body relax more.

And then again, just inhaling, feeling and picturing the again just moving up

moving up from the base of your spine

from the base of your spine, through your torso, and into your chest again.

And you exhale and again relaxed the muscles of your body a little bit more.
