1:00.4	think and have a quiet time and then share it with so many of you who are like-minded women. But I
1:05.8	wanted to start out today before I get into this topic that's very dear to my heart and say I
1:12.0	forgotten to say this, I'm getting ready to do a whole new blog podcast series on 10 gifts of
1:18.4	heart, what your child needs to take to heart before leaving home. And I think it'll be a lot of fun.
1:25.1	The reason I wrote this book actually was a few years ago I realized that of course my kids
1:33.0	have all left home and Joy actually my daughter who's finishing her PhD left home about nine years
1:40.8	ago. So it's been a while since all four of my children have graduated into the world. And I
1:48.0	realized at that point that so many people are worried about grades and tests and in schools and
1:55.9	just morals and all these different things. And so it's easy to focus in your life on the foundations
2:03.6	of some of the prescriptive issues that our culture talks about. But I realized that one of the
2:11.4	things that discipleship and pondering how to pass on a legacy of faith and really how to
2:19.1	give our children a heart for the right values was a whole different ballgame. And so we wrote a
2:25.8	book called 10 Gifts of Heart as a kind of a way of discussing what are some of those really important
2:34.0	areas that you need to be sure that is happening in the organic life of your home that is shaping
