So much is going on in the world.

I try to take these, you know, social media news breaks.

I was talking about it on Thursday show called Doom scrolling.

Yeah, that's right.

Powerful word, but it kind of explains it all where

you go to the news these days and it's just doom and gloom. Now, look, we all want to be up on the news,

or most of us do. I appreciate those that are just completely detached from that. Maybe that's just

how you live your life, or maybe that's what you're just doing right now because you're thinking, look, it's hard enough. My mood is directly impacted by whatever I'm reading and looking at.

And if I'm feeling good, I want to just saturate myself and ride that good mood off into the sunset.

So I so appreciate that.

I'm trying to do that, you know.

A lot of people have, you know, their mornings and afternoons free or vice versa.

I have neither free. My schedule really doesn't allow

much time to watch the news. So there's like a forced gift in that. But I try to keep up with

it, you know, with everything that's going on because I'm just that kind of person. But doom scrolling,

as we talked about is the whole idea that, look, as you're flipping through your phone,

it's often just issue after issue after issue, struggle, struggle,

struggle, call out, call out, call out. It's like, you know, there are some beautiful things

going on in the world, right? You know, whenever that heaviness and darkness is happening,
