without mental health. There's not being a good colleague without mental health. There's no being a good husband, wife, boyfriend, or girlfriend without mental health.

There's not being a good colleague or coworker.

All those things matter.

It's a necessary process to go through.

At some point, everyone has sex, except for those that maybe are on the more asexual

spectrum.

And even so often, asexual individuals do engage in sexuality for a multitude of reasons.

And it's not always the most normative experience.
