Hey everybody. Happy Wednesday. Um, hope the week's going well. It's hump day. It's middle of the week.

You know, Wednesdays, I think are great as are Fridays because they give us time to do a little bit of an

assessment. So stop, pause for a second and ask yourself, has my week been one centered in mental health

and self-care or has my week been one centered in mental health and self-care,

or has my week been centered in just kind of running around, stressed out, overwhelmed?

We have to remember to take moments.

I like people setting benchmarks where maybe at the beginning of the day or the end of the day,

they do a little bit of an assessment.

Maybe at the beginning of the day, they kind of plan what they want the day ahead to look like or feel like.
