Happy Monday, everybody. Hope your weekend was well. Hope it was focused on rest and self-care.

Ah, mine was. Can't believe the week is starting already. But that's okay. I've got a great

show plan for you. We're going to be talking about why you don't need to lose the weight.

You need to lose the shame. That's right. So much body shame and fat phobia going around. Lots of memes,

conversations, articles, really kind of disappointed. I'm seeing all these articles that are

supposed to be about health, but they're not. If you're leaving out the impact of mental health,

which is what you're doing when you shame all kinds of bodies and only focus on aesthetics,

how a body looks. Not only are we not talking about physical health.

We're absolutely not talking about mental health, and that needs to be factored in. So we'll be

talking about that as well as discussing, is your partner toxic? Yep, important stuff to talk about

because even though we are in lockdown, or y'all better be locking down, got to still think

about the relational health of the relationships we're in.
