Happy Thursday, everybody. The week is winding down. Oh, I'm so happy to hear that. I had a good week. I tend to,

0:09.6

but I'm never mad when I see the weekend on its way, you know, sleep in, play with my plans.

0:16.8

Yeah, that's right. I walk around. I talk to them. I touch them. I water them. Move them around. Give them a little

0:21.3

sunlight. It's a whole thing. And the more I have, the more difficult it becomes. But it's good. It not only

0:26.4

detoxifies your space. That was a really powerful reason for getting so many is it cleans out a lot of

0:30.8

chemicals that can be in your home or your environment. They're also very soothing. I think I sleep better. The air feels cleaner. And they're also really beautiful. They make me happy. Like when I see them, I smile. So for me, that's been like a really nice addition. And I know that during quarantine, a lot of people really went ham on the plants. And I get it. They're trying to connect more with nature. So they're trying to bring it in their home because they can't go out. And being stuck in your home as often as we are right now,

Look around and realize there any ways I can bring some life into the home because a couple plants,

1:07.6

they're not that expensive. Some of them are very easy to take care of. I mean,

1:11.4

1:15.9

peace lollies, they've become among my favorites because they're really easy to take care of. They

don't need a lot of light. I am one of those outliers. I don't like a lot of light. So my place always has these blinds clothes that lets a little sun in. I don't

1:29.0

tend to turn on a lot of lights. I kind of like it a little cocoony. It makes me feel safe. All right,

1:34.2

I want to talk about a really big study that came out. Women who use pornography more frequently tend

1:38.1

to have better sexual outcomes. Now, I like weighing in on this stuff because a lot of people love slamming porn and talk about the

1:44.2

downsides, but we don't always talk about the positives. And a lot of really important stuff came out of

1:49.8

this study. So basically, they're looking at the benefits and the positives that come out of

1:54.9

women that use pornography. And of course, masturbation is tied to that. And so the benefits, they saw

2:00.3

that the more frequent use of pornography was associated with less difficulty becoming aroused, which a lot of female identified people and vagina owners discuss struggle getting in the mood or turned on. The more porn they use, the easier that was for them. They also had an easier time orgasming. That's because they're getting more comfortable with

2:18.1

their bodies and that process. They're practicing letting go. Um, greater orgasmic pleasure
