This is a very, very, very difficult time.

Lots to talk about. Of course,

we have to talk about all that's going on right now in terms of race, revolution,

uh, rioting, et cetera, et cetera. We're going to break it all on down. And that's going to be in our next segment. We're going to talk about why racism is a mental health issue and also ways that we as

white allies can help caretake and hold space for our friends of color and our black friends.

Let's just open up, though, with some news, what's going on. Interesting times, but I like when I can
