Some of them sometimes start to feel boring. Ah, yes. A lot of people are like, yeah, but that's kind of how it goes.

No, it doesn't have to. It's not supposed to. It's basically because of the way we run our relationship.

So we're going to cover some things we've talked about before, but also push into some new territory

because it's all about repetition.

Remember, it's like learning a skill, a sport,

even a language, that's kind of my new favorite example.

Culinarily, you have to practice your form with a knife.

You have to practice a language.

Everything is like that. You know, and that's what's kind of woke people up during COVID is backing away from participation in

certain things, help them realize how much reinforcement is necessary to hold on to perspectives and

skills. Relationships are the same way. So we're going to kind of drop into that. If you've got a DM,

A lot of different reasons why relationships start to feel the way they feel.

Now, some of it's built in because remember when we enter a relationship initially or we're trying to build one, we want familiarity.

We want consistency.

Those are the grounding principles.

Familiar, reliable, consistent, accessible, responsive.

Those are the things that we're trying to offer, the things that we're also trying to seek.

So remember that when you're out there dating or even in longer term relationships.
