I want to put this on my social media. And it's going to be the mental health pyramid.

You know how we see the misunderstanding of Maslow's hierarchy of needs because it was never put in that pyramid.

And it was a little bit of a difference.

And it was also an appropriated perspective.

But again, we think of the food pyramid.

We think of Maslow's hierarchy of needs or the way we've been, you know, taught to see it.

And I'm going to kind of translate that into what we need for our mental

health. And the baseline is always going to be self-care stuff, pleasure, joy, rest. So build that

in for the rest of your day. That's something that we should make space for every single day.

Our lives should not just be work and labor, whether that's family, career, going to the gym,

again, it's labor versus rest. And pleasure, joy, and rest are the things that are restorative

where anything that is the, um, requires use of energy or focus is going to be more depleting.

So I just want us to be very thoughtful about that. We're working on more restorative things and that should be the foundation for our day,

the foundation for our week, the foundation for our month.

And everything's built on top of that.
