So we're talking about mental health. Coming up next, we'll be talking about celebrities that have

come out discussing mental health, some mental health tips, how we know that we have some work to do.

And then also talking about our masks, cleaning them, getting rid of them. How do we know when it's

time to throw them away or get rid of them? We're going to be talking about that. It's actually really important. I learned a lot myself from that.

Kind of horrified me as well.

Talking about some news, as always, mental health news stuff is wacky, wacky, but here's

some good stuff.

German gymnasts.

They're covering their legs to stand against sexualization.

They're wearing a full body leotards saying what they were wearing before felt too revealing.

And I appreciate that.

If they can do what they need to do wearing what they wear and legs don't matter, have that

it because it doesn't have to be a visual body spectacle.

Three members of the German women's team at the European Artistic Gymnastics Championships

in Switzerland gained attention for changing their outfits.

Unlike everyone else their

legs were covered. I love this. I'm reading this some quotes that were full body unitards.

Um, bum, bum, bum, bum. They're technically permitted, but usually only worn for religious

reasons. And their statement was we're against sexualization in gymnastics. And this is coming on the

heels of a lot of reports of coaches having been sexually inappropriate.

And I appreciate that.
