Got a great show plan for you.

Oh, it's going to be heavy on the mental health.

We're going to be talking about ways to deal with events, birthdays, holidays on your own.

That's right, because people, even when vaccinated, can still pass along and get infected by the virus.

So we're looking out for those around us just because we might be vaccinated.

Others might not be.

We're also going to be talking about the importance of touch, but we're going to be going deeper and talk about the physical

positive impacts that can have and why it is so important that we're in healthy relationships

with people that are worthy of our trust, that are not engaging in any kind of physical or emotional

abuse. So we have access to these things. And then finally finally we're going to start the process of talking about how to disconnect from

what's coming, the warm weather, summertime, beach weather's coming. And that means a lot of

body shaming is going to be happening, a lot of promotion of toxic gym culture and disordered eating.

So we're going to start talking about that.

You're going to hear a lot more about that.

I wanted to open the show by talking about a whole bunch of ridiculous stuff.
