Found a couple amazing topics in articles over the weekend. And although some of the topics are things we've talked about,

I'm constantly finding new perspectives, new angles. And also remember, there's no such thing as too much repetition.

I circle through some of the same concepts of clients because a lot of the work in mental

health is unlearning what we've already been taught, what we've been socialized within,

or what our experience has really led us to internalize.

And so a lot to unlearn, but then we have a lot of new things to learn.

I wish I had a catalog of new terms because of all the beautiful, loving ways and ethical,

you know, full of integrity ways and situations that are current.
