Good evening, everybody. How y'all doing? Getting through the week, huh? I hope we are prioritizing

self-care, tons of self-care, right? It's not too late. If not, get it in tonight. Every single

day we're doing self-care. We're doing some rest, whether it's just sitting down and chilling,

turning things off, going for a walk, right? We're also doing something that gives us pleasure and joy,

whether it's just eating some ice cream, stopping on the way home, getting some takeout or delivery,

whatever it is. It's just going to give you a little smile, right? We got to do that.

I know. That's how we kind of remind ourselves. Got a great show playing for you that. We're going

to talk about compatibility. What? I know.

And some Starling research that is surprising or isn't surprising. I wish it wouldn't be impactful,

but it is for some as to what it is that keeps the healthiest, happiest relationships going.

And then later in the show, we're going to talk about the importance of solo sexuality. So stick

around for that. A couple of interesting things going on in the news.

First one is Spain. Now, China had done a pilot project to see what would it be like if he

reduced the working week to four days a week and also I think it was six hours instead of eight.

And it was exponential growth and enhancement. The employees, mental health increased.

They felt happier. And also,

productivity went further, which is all a lot of corporate cultures care about is productivity

and showed it it did better. So that's reasonable. That's meaningful. Now, Spain is launching a

trial of a four-day working week. Yes, their government agreed to a proposal to allow companies to test

reduced hours. Spain could become one of the first countries in the world to do the four-day

working week. I love this. Again, they're reducing it down from 40 to 32 hours. And New Zealand had the idea, Germany, and they're saying this article that it's gaining

globally, people getting involved in this.
