We're going to talk about aftercare, you know, aftercare in terms of intimacy, but we're not really going to drop deep into anything that's, you know, not okay for the young ones to hear.

Aftercare is important. I think we as a culture that's very obsessed with goals, we're so goal directed. We're so goal

obsessed. We often ignore the the journey, the process, which has so much value. And I talk a lot

about that with eroticism, where we focus so much on getting things done, getting things done the

right way. And I think we can do that
