But let's talk about the connection between exercise and mental health. Now, as always, I've said, exercises any form of moving your body. It can be old school elementary-based

kinds of play. It can be movement, dance, yoga, stretching, all sorts of things. But we definitely,

what we're seeing online where people are talking about, you know, COVID weight, gain, or loss.

We're staying outside of that.
