a value in whatever body they have. And we don't need to have any shame around that, you know.

And whatever you choose to do in terms of health or fitness or lack thereof is a personal

decision but everyone gets to start from just feeling like i have worth and value just because

i'm a person and i exist and we need to afford that to everyone and lizo is such a forerunner

and really taking it forward um the body positivity world has definitely been co-opted by a lot of

corporations and they're using that term for things that include counting calories and weight loss and those things are actually very body negative.

And those are centered in the idea that you always need to be trying to lose weight and your worth and value is about what your body looks like.

None of that's true.

Mental health is about accepting who you are and then deciding what you want to do about that.
