Let's jump right in. Emotional regulation. I've been talking a lot about this for the past couple weeks in my office.

in the atmosphere. There's a lot of commonality and what people might be struggling with at certain

times. But I'll tell you, no matter what we're working on, what we're working with,

emotional regulation is something that I think is important for all of us. So today's topic

relates to literally every single human being on this planet, regardless of, regardless

of anything else, because I was kind of saying this on an earlier show that we don't really

have good role models for emotional regulation. In fact, we have quite the opposite. The way

most people deal with things, the way we're socialized to perceive things and what options we

think we have available to us.

None of them are good.

And I can talk endlessly about how it is that we got to the place we're at.

And I don't really want to spend much time on that.

I want to talk more about what we need to be thinking about, what the unlearning is, and then what the learning is.
