Now, we were talking a lot about doom scrolling. Scrolling through your phone, just seeing a lot of anxiety-inducing things, pandemic.

Ah, yes, that happy feeling as you're refreshing and seeing all the election results coming in, moving in the direction of

freedom and liberation and Biden. Still a lot of work to do, but it's still a good move,

getting away from Trump's America. So glee refreshing. It's that feeling inside when what you're

refreshing and seeing on your social media is putting a smile on your face because things are

going good. So kind of take that word forward.

Try to do more glee refreshing, less doom scrolling. If what your following is making you feel bad,

unfollowed or put the phone down and kind of scroll through the things, put a little bit of a

smile on your face. Also, um, digital fatigue. That's something else we're talking a lot about.

And, uh, check in on that. Are you exhausted when you're on your social media? How do you feel

when you put it down? When you put your phone down, you should feel good or at least neutral.

If you're feeling bad, then you probably got some digital fatigue, meaning way too much time on there
