Listen, one of the most important things that we can really understand is that relationships

are mirrors.

They're held up and they show us where our work is.

We've talked a lot about triggers and how when we're in a relationship, the two most

transformative relationships we can really be in are probably romantic and also parental.

Why?

Well, they trigger the most in us.

They bring all of our stuff forward, our insecurities, our anxieties, our defenses,

what capacities we have, our levels of resilience, any traumas we've had.

And when we then step even more so into the romantic, it's about our body esteem, our sexual self-esteem, intimacy tolerance,
