Happy Thursday, everybody. How's your week going? Might seem pretty good. Uh, I think I was telling you guys

0:05.6

last week, a little bit of the beginning of this week. I was definitely having some allergy stuff.

0:09.2

I still think there's some stuff in the air. So, man, do you remember how at the beginning of the

0:15.1

pandemic, any sign or symptom for most of us, we were like Googling and checking and there's constantly an

0:22.4

update as to what the symptoms were, right? And then we landed on the solid, oh, you can't really

0:26.8

smell or taste anything. And that felt really good to people. Cough wasn't quite enough. I, I cough

0:31.2

a lot. So I was just going to naturally be in there. But I think we've all kind of got a little

0:35.1

more familiar and it's become a little more normalized, sadly in the direction of some people not taking it seriously still, but happily in that,

0:42.1

we're a little more familiar with some of the signs and symptoms and maybe not panicking as much

0:46.1

irrationally if we have just some kind of internal distress, you know, a little bit of phlegm

0:53.3

or a little coughing. The red flags aren't

0:56.0

there anymore. So yeah, that's kind of what I'm dealing with. We're home a lot. The air

1:00.6

conditioning, recycled air, right? It's hot. Not moving as much. Things are a lot more settled

1:07.4

and still than they were before. God bless it. Question the night, as always,

1:11.4

is up on our Loveland IG page. That is in the stories. Got a great show plan for you. And later,

1:16.4

we will be talking about something a little heavy, myths around suicide. But again, that'll be us

1:21.0

kind of finishing out our focus on that. September was the month that was suicide awareness, but it's still something to always

1:27.9

be talking about. That's always my concern is, you know, you have a day, a week, or a month,

1:31.6

or a movement, and you kind of give up afterwards. And that's what the Black Lives Matters,

1:36.6

concerns were and still continue to be, is the momentum has dropped a little bit, but the impact

1:41.5

is still there. Got to keep talking about all the things that we got to keep talking about, right?

1:46.8

All right, though, let's talk about some news.
