Good evening, everybody. How are you all doing? Starting the week off well. I always try to come in,

to drop it. Our emotions have to be like that hot object in our hands. We're not holding on really

tight and grasping as though that's all there is. We're kind of bouncing it up and down. It's part of what we need to do

as humans in all the different relationships in which we exist. We have to honor, the good and the

bad. No toxic positivity. We're not talking about always looking for the silver lining because

that's not honest. That's not always even true. Sometimes things are just bad, but good things are happening at the same time.

And so sometimes it's about, you know, really honoring both directions.
