Good evening, everybody. How are you all doing? Happy end of the week or hopefully for y'all

it's winding down. I know some of you might just be starting up wherever you are in your

lives. Welcome. Let's take a moment. Settle ourselves. We've got a great show plan. We're going to

try to laugh, learn a few things, kind of check out from all that's going on in the world.

I wanted to open the show talking a little bit about some of things going on in the news.

You know, I like to pop into things that are related to mental health.

Sometimes, other times I like to give us a little bit of a break from it.

It really depends.

Lots going on, though.

One of the more profound things, and I like that this is happening, whether by duress and

pressure or just ethics, a lot of companies, these social media apps are starting to look at

and talk about the impact that they're having on people's mental health.

And I think that's really important.

Facebook is struggling.

I think that they're going to be galvanized to do more, do better, based on the whistleblowing.

But I was looking at something that came out about TikTok.

Now, TikTok is on fire.

For those that aren't familiar, it's an app.

It's a social media sharing app for videos.

And there's a hockey team that now has them, you know, planted on their helmets.

And there's going to be a lot of products being developed with TikTok on it.

So you're going to see more of it.
