Good evening, everybody. How you all doing? Hope you got through the weekend. Ah, the weather.

It's been so nice. Now, I'm out here in California. People roll their eyes and they laugh whenever I say to

them, I hate the heat. I hate the sun. I've talked about it on the show before. I definitely

am negatively impacted by that. My seasonal affective is kind of in reverse. Most people,

it's the cold, the rain, the darker, colder weather that starts to bring in depression,

anxiety for me. It's quite the opposite. Like a lot of people that have reached out,

and I've talked to about this, for some, the summer heat does that. And like myself,

when it gets colder, darker, darker and cooler, I settle down.

It kind of soothes my psyche and my nervous system.

You know, it's both biological and psychological.

So it's a psycho-biosomatic.

But more importantly, ah, this cool weather.

I thought it was coming and it was getting hot.

So I know.

Everyone's like, why are you in California if they hate the heat?

And I'm like, because I love it here.

But cooler weather, Halloween is coming.

I don't know if you all have been keeping up with the news.

I've been better about it these days.

I'm taking breaks from a lot of things.

That's one of them. Although, you know, paying attention to what's going on in the world around us as much as I can. Halloween, so far from what I heard, and this,

of course, this can change. And this isn't because people are giving us misinformation or lying
